Heather Stern

Heather Stern currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Oliver Wyman Group, overseeing marketing and brand-building initiatives across Oliver Wyman, Lippincott, and NERA since July 2024. Prior to this role, Heather held various influential positions at Lippincott from May 2012 to July 2024, including CMO and Global Director of Business Development, where a strong focus was placed on go-to-market strategies and brand positioning. Heather's earlier experience includes roles as Vice President of Marketing at Kantar Millward Brown, Director of Marketing and Client Development at Focalyst, and Senior Conference Producer at KNect365, among others. Heather holds a BA in English from Northwestern University, earned in 1999.
