Elicia Huggins is a Structural Designer at Oliver Inc. since September 2021, bringing prior experience as a Design Assistant at WestRock Company from March 2017 to September 2021 and as a Freelance Packaging Engineer from August 2015 to March 2016, where Elicia designed a 3D prototype and a 2D draft for an elegant hair tie container. Elicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Systems and Design from Virginia Tech, completed in 2015, and attended Virginia Commonwealth University for undeclared studies from 2012 to 2013.
