Katrine May Hansen

Katrine May Hansen is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in hospice care, nutrition, and the arts. Currently serving as a Husbestyrerinde at Team Mod på Livet and a Hospice and Palliative Carer at Olivia Danmark, Katrine specializes in providing compassionate palliative care. With a career as a visual artist since 2013, Katrine has held multiple photo exhibitions and continues to create art. As the founder of the Lovetrust Project, a poetry-based initiative in Indonesia and Malaysia, Katrine promotes collaborative creativity. In addition to writing novels, poetry, and articles in both Danish and English, Katrine has taught cooking classes and has experience as a kok and nutritional consultant. Educational background includes studies in Comparative Religion and Clinical Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen and various specialized training programs in facial treatment and storytelling.
