Stanley Fleishman

Stanley Fleishman has served as a director since March 2013. Mr. Fleishman has been the Chief Executive Officer of Jetro/Restaurant Depot Group, a nationwide wholesale cash and carry food distributor, since October 1992, prior to which he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Jetro/Restaurant Depot group, Mr. Fleishman was the Chief Executive Officer of Dion Stores, a South African retail chain, from 1982-1985. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. We believe that Mr. Fleishman’s broad management expertise and his knowledge of the wholesale retail industry qualify him to serve as one of our directors.
