Jacob Santos is currently working as a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at Ollion, a global tech consultancy formed by the integration of 2nd Watch, CloudCover, and Cloud Comrade. Prior to this, Jacob held the same position at 2nd Watch. Jacob also worked at Vertical Relevance as a Vertical Relevance and at Eplexity as a Tier 1 Tech Support. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture with a focus on business from Colorado State University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Colorado Mesa University.
