Joanna Lambert has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Joanna is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Olo, a leading on-demand commerce platform for the restaurant industry. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at NPR. Joanna also worked at Yahoo, where they held several roles, including Strategic Advisor and Sr. EVP, President & General Manager. Joanna was responsible for overseeing Yahoo's consumer business, driving revenue growth, and launching new paid products. Before Yahoo, Joanna held leadership positions at PayPal, Acorns, and American Express, where they played key roles in developing and managing products and services, driving strategic innovation, and leading communication and operational excellence functions. Joanna also worked at The Capital Group, Colliers International Australia, and Energex, where they gained experience in public relations, marketing, and crisis management. Joanna's career spans over two decades, showcasing their expertise in driving growth and transformation in various industries.
