Olshan Properties
Mr. Odell serves as Executive Managing Director of Olshan Properties and Head of Investments and Capital Markets. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Odell co-ran the Capital Markets division.
Prior to joining Olshan Properties in 2010, Mr. Odell worked at Barclays Capital, Gramercy Capital Corp., and CIBC World Markets. Over his career, he has led the execution of over $8.0 billion of debt and equity investments, including acquisitions, asset repositioning, recapitalizations, mortgage and mezzanine financings, and syndications.
Mr. Odell graduated cum laude from Cornell University and received an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
