Jose Vazquez has a wealth of experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Jose began their career at Blount International, Inc., where they served as a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer, Director of Mfg. Technology, Technical Services Manager, and finally as the Plant Manager. During their time at Blount International, they established engineering teams, developed automated assembly machinery, and oversaw a large manufacturing facility. In 2014, they moved on to DWFritz Automation, where they served as the Manufacturing Director, implementing lean concepts and managing production during company growth. Jose then joined OutsideVan as the Chief Operating Officer, where they successfully implemented manufacturing lean techniques and significantly grew the company's revenue. Most recently, they retired in 2021. Overall, Jose Vazquez has a strong track record of implementing operational efficiencies and driving growth in the manufacturing sector.
Jose Vazquez completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico between 1974 and 1979. Prior to that, they attended Colegio Inmaculada Concepcion from 1970 to 1974, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. Later, Jose pursued higher education at Keller Graduate School of Management from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration.
