Xiao Chan has over a decade of experience in quality engineering, currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Olympus Controls since October 2012, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of a Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2008, conducting internal audits, and presenting data to management. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as Weekend Assistant Manager at LA Fitness, focusing on finance management and membership enrollment, as well as an internship at Veris Industries as a MECOP Industrial Engineer Intern, where efforts concentrated on reducing scrap and developing analytical processes. Xiao Chan holds a B.A. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University, earned in 2010.
