Anna Wilcoxon is an experienced library professional with a strong background in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Diversity & Inclusion Librarian and previously as the Adult Services Librarian at Omaha Public Library since February 2011, Anna has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing library services. Earlier career roles include Head Librarian and Assistant Librarian at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising between February 2006 and October 2009. Anna holds a Master of Science in Library & Information Studies from Florida State University, obtained in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Iowa, earned in 2001.
