Lillian Dawes

Lillian Dawes is an experienced professional in application management and software development, currently serving as the Application Services Manager at Omaha Public Power District since May 2020. In this role, Lillian promotes change and fosters relationships within various application development teams, emphasizing an Agile mindset and effective SDLC practices.
