Patique Collins

Patique Collins, MSM, is an accomplished Recruitment & Career Development Manager at American National Bank since November 2021 and serves as the Senior Talent Manager. With extensive experience in employee development as the Executive Director of Right Step Consulting LLC since May 2007, Patique manages operations for a fitness facility focused on health care and training, overseeing budgeting, marketing, and community relations. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at Children's Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha and Talent Acquisition Specialist at CHI Health.
