Tazmeen Malik

Tazmeen Malik is a Learning and Development Consultant at CORE3 Consultancy, contributing to the establishment of the Talent Value Lab as a Strategic Business Unit focused on innovative solutions. Previously, Tazmeen served as an Organizational Development Specialist at Balubaid Group, where a new Performance Management system and Long-Term Incentive Scheme were developed, enhancing workforce productivity. Tazmeen has also held roles as an HR Research Associate at RUQUI Consulting, Management Trainee at K-Electric, and HR Associate at Daraz, among others, where significant achievements included restructuring organizational frameworks and executing training programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Institute of Business Administration and A-Levels from Nixor College.
