Diana Bernstein, Ph.D.

Diana Bernstein, Ph.D. has held a variety of roles in the biotechnology industry. Diana began their career in 2011 as a PhD Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2016, they joined Flagship Pioneering as an Associate, then a Consultant and Fellow. In 2018, they moved to Merck as a Senior Associate for the MRL Ventures Fund. In 2021, they joined Northpond Ventures as a Principal and Vice President. Diana also serves as a Board Director for CAMP4 Therapeutics, Torque Bio, Mestag Therapeutics, Code Biotherapeutics, and OMass Therapeutics, as well as a Board Observer for Parthenon Therapeutics.

Diana Bernstein, Ph.D. received their BS in Finance, Cell Biology & Genetics from the University of Maryland and their PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania.
