Silvia Falconi started their work experience in 2015 as a Shop Assistant at Decathlon Italia. In 2017, they completed an internship as a Stage Student at Gnutti Carlo SpA, focusing on Lean Office initiatives. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Purchasing Analyst and later as a Project Buyer at Industrie Saleri Italo S.p.A., where they managed specific OE automotive projects and developed relationships with suppliers. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Project Buyer - Global Procurement, where they focused on finding the best solutions in the suppliers network for the headquarters and subsidiaries. Since 2022, Silvia has been working as a Purchasing Project Manager at OMB Saleri S.p.A.
Silvia Falconi earned their high school diploma in Scientific high school from the Istituto Salesiano Don Bosco Brescia in 2011. Silvia then enrolled at the Università degli Studi di Brescia and completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Engineering with a specialization in logistic, materials, and supply chain management from the same university, which they completed in 2017.
During their academic journey, Silvia also attended the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche in 2016 and 2017 as part of their studies in Industrial Engineering, though they did not specify any degree obtained.
Additionally, in May 2017, Silvia Falconi obtained the Introductory Certificate in Project Management from IPMA Italy.
