Santi Pérez Cantos

Santi Pérez Cantos is currently working as a Socio – Director of Organization, Compensation, and Workforce Analytics for OMD HR Consulting since 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 1992 to 2021 in various roles, including Head of Performance and Rewards for Spain & Portugal, Director of Planning and Control of the Commercial Network, Responsible for the Implementation of Commercial Action, Technical Manager of Management Control, and Project University in Training.

Santi Pérez Cantos completed a Master in Advanced Human Resources Management from OMD HR ACADEMY in 2021. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Peoplematters and obtained a Global Remuneration Professional GRP® - World at Work certification in Compensation. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Esade and obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA. Lastly, from 1985 to 1990, they attended Universitat de Barcelona and obtained a Licenciatura in Economics of the Enterprise.
