They started their career in 2018 at SEGA HARDlight, where they developed community spaces for Sonic the Hedgehog games. From 2020 to 2021, Jess worked as a Community Manager at Jagex, driving the community strategy for the MMORPG franchise RuneScape. In 2021, they joined PUBG Corporation as a Community Manager, responsible for the UK market and overseeing the launch of PUBG NEW STATE. In 2022, Jess worked as a Community Lead at Fusebox Games, driving community initiatives and social media strategy for mobile games, including Love Island. Currently, they are working at Omeda Studios in a community role.
