Currently serving as the Manager of Security and Technology and Datacenter Manager at Omega Systems since July 2013, Richard provides guidance on technology, project management, information security, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Richard was the IT Director at Lancaster County BH/DS from April 2007 to July 2013 and worked as a Technician at Pham Computers between November 2005 and April 2007, focusing on PC troubleshooting, repair, and custom builds. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from YTI Career Institute, completed in 2000, and graduated from Manheim Township High School in 1998.
