Natalia Leshinsky

Natalia Leshinsky is a seasoned scientist currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Omeros Corporation since March 2017, after progressing from Scientist II and Scientist I roles. With expertise in developing biological potency methods for release, stability, and characterization testing, Natalia has managed tech transfers to clinical and commercial stage CROs/CMOs and is experienced in external CRO management. Previous experience includes a Research Associate III position at Pacific Biomarkers, focusing on analytical method validation, and a Sr Associate Scientist role at Amgen, where work involved biomarker assays for pharmacodynamics and clinical trial optimization. Earlier in career, Natalia held a Scientist position at Xcyte Therapies, leading cell-based potency assay development. Educationally, Natalia holds a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Suffolk University.
