Aileen Lin

Aileen Lin is an experienced early-stage tech investor at OMERS Ventures, focusing on Health Tech and Vertical SaaS since January 2022. Previously, Aileen served as a Managing Analyst for Healthcare at CB Insights, concentrating on MedTech and Telehealth. Aileen has also held roles such as Graduate Teaching Assistant in Biopharmaceutical Strategy at The Johns Hopkins University, AVP of Equity Research at Melius Research covering Industrial Machinery and Cannabis, Director of Business Development at FundRx, and Senior Program Manager at Barclays with expertise in business strategy and transformation. Aileen's leadership experience includes serving as President and CEO at Princeton University Computer Science, overseeing business development and program management. Aileen holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology Enterprise and an MBA in Health Care Management from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
