Keyman Lee is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in trading systems and operational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Trading Systems at OMERS since September 2018, Keyman Lee focuses on optimizing business processes and system solutions to support the expansion into Asian markets. Prior to OMERS, Keyman Lee held the position of Director of Business Transformation at Manulife Investment Management, where efforts were directed towards streamlining operations and developing multi-region investment management platforms. Keyman Lee also served as the Head of Canadian Operations for the Middle Office at Manulife, overseeing global operations and managing a team to enhance trade processes. Earlier career highlights include a Vice President role in Fixed Income Portfolio Operations at BlackRock, where global business strategies were devised to reduce operational risks.
