Mustafa Shahbaz

Mustafa Shahbaz, MBA, is a seasoned professional in business transformation and change management with significant experience across various consulting roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Transformation & Change at OMERS since September 2022, Mustafa previously worked at Deloitte as Manager and Senior Consultant in Transformational Change Consulting from May 2020 to October 2022. As Founding Director and Change Management Consultant at Carnelian from August 2014 to February 2019, Mustafa oversaw business operations and led a team of 12 consultants, enhancing change management strategies for over 200 clients. Additional leadership roles include Head of Business Development at Navitus, where Mustafa managed teams of associate consultants, and earlier experience as an Associate Consultant in the same firm. Mustafa also has academic experience as an Economics faculty member at Headstart School.
