Dana Wassam has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Dana started their career at Bank of America in 2000, working as an eCommerce Product Manager until 2007. Dana then served as a Business Control Manager for six months before being promoted to Senior Vice President, Unsecured Collections & Recovery. Dana held this position from 2008 until 2013, when they became a Senior Vice President, Sr Project Manager until October of that year.
In 2013, Wassam joined OneMain Financial as the Director of Operations. Dana held this role until 2018 when they were promoted to Sr. Managing Director - Operations. After a year in this position, they became the Chief of Staff in 2019. Currently, they serve as the Head of Operations Strategy and Planning, a role they have held since September 2020.
