Jay Brown

Jay Brown is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity recruiting. Currently serving as Associate Director of Recruiting at OneMain Financial, Jay provides strategic leadership for corporate recruitment and enterprise initiatives focusing on university relations, diversity, and military talent. Previously, Jay held the role of Diversity Recruiting Leader at Capital One, where oversight was given to a team focused on attracting diverse talent. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Jay excelled as Vice President in Firmwide Diversity Recruiting and was a key member of the Advancing Black Leaders initiative.
