Michelle Woods is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and litigation support. Currently serving as a Litigation Specialist at OneMain Financial since September 2014, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Customer Service Specialist. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Citi Mortgages from November 2006 to February 2014 as a Homeowner Support Specialist/SPOC, where responsibilities included assisting clients in developing and analyzing family budgets, identifying goals, and creating actionable plans to facilitate sustainable behavior changes.
