Steven Wexler

Steven Wexler has a strong background in compensation and executive roles. Steven began their career in 2011 as a Summer Analyst - Intern at Bank of America. Steven then moved on to Towers Watson in 2012, where they worked as an Analyst in Executive Compensation until 2014. Following that, they joined BlackRock, where they held various positions including Associate in Executive Compensation, Associate in the Office of the CEO, Strategy & Engagements, and Vice President as the Executive Compensation Lead. In 2021, Steven joined SoftBank Group International as the Vice President of Compensation before transitioning to their current role as the VP/Managing Director, Head of Compensation at OneMain Financial in 2023.

Steven Wexler attended Cornell University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco Preparatory High School.
