Katie Cheng is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources with extensive experience in both leadership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager, People & Culture at Omidyar Network, Katie supports initiatives focused on recruitment, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employee engagement and learning development. As the Founder and CEO of Ellaphant Consulting, LLC, Katie partners with organizations to enhance their human resource strategies and create inclusive workplaces. Previous roles include Interim Chief People Officer at Friendship Public Charter School, Interim Managing Director of Human Resources at Ascend Public Charter Schools, and Senior Director of Talent Management at KIPP DC, where Katie significantly impacted talent development and retention strategies.
