Andreas Tourountzan

Andreas Tourountzan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and information technology. Currently serving as a Senior Account & IT Project Manager at Omilia - Conversational Intelligence since July 2020, Andreas previously held the position of Project Management & MIS Support at Nova from February 2007 to April 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing customer care operations and managing projects related to AVAYA systems and customer satisfaction metrics. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at Nova and as a Computer Network Specialist at ALPHA GM, along with foundational work as an Automation Engineer at Akkat SA. Andreas holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of the West of Scotland and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Technological Education Institute of Piraeus.
