Alina Musuroaea

Alina Musuroaea is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Omio since September 2024, Alina previously held the positions of Head of Talent Management & Employee Experience and Head of Talent Acquisition at Seven Senders from December 2021 to October 2024. Alina initially joined Omio in September 2017, leading the Global Team Lead Talent Acquisition and managing talent acquisition efforts in multiple regions. With earlier experience at Riot Games and Vian Bloom, focusing on executive recruitment and consulting, along with extensive work at Odgers Berndtson, Alina has developed a strong foundation in human resources and talent management across different sectors. Alina holds educational qualifications from the University of Derby, University of Bucharest, and SNSPA.
