Ria Thomas-Haynes

Ria Thomas-Haynes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in content management and customer service. Since July 2018, Ria has held multiple roles at Omio, progressing from Customer Service Specialist to Senior Customer Service Specialist, and then to Content Specialist and Content Manager. Prior to Omio, Ria worked at Delivery Hero as a Senior Customer Service Agent from October 2016 to June 2018. Ria also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at the Deauville Green Awards for a brief period in 2016 and managed a bar at Abercorn Arms from March 2014 to August 2015. Ria holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Cultural Geography from St. Mary's University College, London, completed between 2010 and 2013.
