Alaina Smith is a professional in the hospitality industry with significant experience in revenue management and front office operations. Currently serving as Revenue Manager at Omni Shoreham Hotel and Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa since October 2022, Alaina was recognized as a finalist for the Omni Hotels & Resorts 2023 Revenue Manager of the Year. Prior experience includes roles at Accor, where Alaina excelled as PBX & Reservations Manager at Fairmont Dallas, earning Leader of the Year in 2021. Alaina's career also encompasses various leadership positions, including Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager at different hotels, achieving notable successes in revenue enhancement and guest service. Alaina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences with an emphasis on Tourism Management from Texas A&M University.
