Mark Helgeson

Mark Helgeson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in security and loss prevention within diverse environments. Currently serving as the Director of Loss Prevention at Omni Hotels & Resorts since February 2022, Mark has previously worked as a Security Manager for SMG, where responsibilities included overseeing various entertainment and convention venues. Mark's career also includes managerial roles at Whelan Event Services, the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security, and Penn National Gaming. In the gaming industry, Mark excelled as a Table Games Supervisor at multiple casinos. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Management with an Emphasis in Sport Event Security and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
