Megan Heald

Megan Heald is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Manager of Transformation & Systems at Omni Hotels & Resorts since May 2021, Megan has previously held leadership roles within the company, including Corporate Manager of Operations Systems & Programming and Corporate Taskforce Operations Leader. Prior to this, Megan was Director of Restaurant Operations at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts and Director of Restaurant Outlets at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa. Additional experience includes assistant director and general management positions at various Omni properties, as well as a managerial role at Mountaineer Casino Racetrack & Resort. Megan's educational background includes studies at Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2010.
