As a Co-Founder of The Family of Rite Products, LLC, Colby developed and grew an online sales company for farm parts and attachments, eventually successfully selling the company and staying on as a consultant. In their current role as General Manager - Americas at Omni Powertrain Technologies, Colby oversees business operations and initiatives in the region to drive growth and profitability.
