Michelle Smith is the Vice President of Human Resources at Constellis. As Vice President, Michelle leads all human resources functions and is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of Constellis’ human resources strategy, structure and processes. By focusing on the company’s most important asset – its people, she ensures the company is positioned for long term success. Michelle is an enthusiastic and passionate HR leader with over 15 years of experience.
Before joining Constellis, Michelle held a leadership position at Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB) where she managed the day-to-day operations of the department and implemented human resources processes, policies and procedures. Michelle received an MBA from the University of Maryland University College and Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Michelle is also certified by the Society of Human Resources Management and holds a SHRM-SCP.
