Dan Kaplan

Dan Kaplan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal capacities. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel - Product at Omnipresent since July 2021, previously held the role of Legal Counsel. Kaplan Law has been a practice run by Kaplan since February 2015, functioning as Attorney At Law. From January 2018 to December 2020, Kaplan co-founded INHUBBER, a Legal Tech SaaS startup, where responsibilities included serving as General Counsel. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Rechtsanwalt (Associate Lawyer) at KPMG Law from December 2017 to June 2018 and as a legal trainee (Rechtsreferendar) at Kammergericht Berlin from September 2011 to 2014, with a focus on civil law, public prosecution in drug cases, and data protection. Educational credentials include a Diplomjurist degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin obtained between 2004 and 2011, supplemented by advanced legal seminars in 2014 and 2017.
