Iryna Shatalo

Iryna Shatalo has extensive experience in customer experience and product knowledge within the technology sector, currently serving as a Product Knowledge Expert at Omnisend since March 2020. In this role, Iryna focuses on customer insights, product education, and enhancing communication regarding product updates. Prior to Omnisend, Iryna held various positions at NDA, including Senior Customer Support Specialist and English Second Language Teacher, where Iryna successfully supported language learning through personalized instruction. Iryna holds a Master of Arts degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
