Dov has a rich track record of over 30 years in senior management positions across the fields of engineering, R&D and project management. Leveraging his unique combination of strategic perspective, hands-on experience and technical expertise, he is responsible for identifying and implementing Omnisys’ future growth opportunities. Prior to joining Omnisys in 2020, he held key roles managing complex projects and mega programs at defense industry companies (as a VP for business units), the Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD), and the Israeli Air Force (IAF), where he rose to the rank of Colonel. Dov holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University and a BSc in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
