Romy Netiv is an experienced professional in customer success and pre-sale management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Pre-Sale at Omnisys since October 2021. In this role, Romy focuses on product implementation and assimilation, engaging in pre-sale brainstorming with sales teams to align system features with customer needs, and facilitating demo days and live experience sessions during the development phase. Prior to Omnisys, Romy worked at the Israeli Air Force from January 2017 to February 2022, holding various positions including Operational Planner and Developer of Advanced Defense Systems, Artillery Battery Vice Commander, and Operations Officer, as well as a cadet at the Air Force Flight Academy.
