McRae Thomson has gained extensive experience in various HR roles, starting as an HR Assistant and progressing to specialized roles such as HR Compliance Specialist and Manager of HR Systems, Processes & Payroll Services. They have also worked in sales and corporate training before focusing on HR. McRae completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University.
