Prior to this role, Jörgen served as the B2B Voice & Internet Area Manager at Tele2 Eesti, where responsibilities included managing the entire customer life cycle for B2B products and launching a new service portfolio. Jörgen's previous experience at Elisa Eesti AS focused on developing IoT products and M2M services for B2B customers while supporting marketing efforts. Additionally, Jörgen has experience as a Startup Scouter and as an intern at the Estonian Development Fund, contributing to market research and event organization. Jörgen holds a Master's degree in Service Design and Management from the University of Tartu and has degrees in Technology Governance and Public Administration from TalTech and Eindhoven University of Technology.
