Martti Kuldma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Martti currently serves as the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer at Omniva since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Member of the Supervisory Board at Omniva from May 2021 to June 2023.
Martti also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Viveo Health from March 2022 to April 2023, and as the VP of Engineering, R&D at Pipedrive from October 2016 to March 2022.
Before that, they co-founded Skillific, a start-up focused on optimizing the labor market, where they served as the Co-Founder and CTO from October 2014 to August 2016. Martti was also the Head of Service & Network Operations at Starman AS, a cable TV operator and internet provider in Estonia, from September 2014 to August 2015.
Martti's earlier experience includes being the Founder and CEO of Eventic from January 2013 to December 2014 and the Development Manager at Percival Software from March 2013 to April 2014.
Martti also worked at Elisa Eesti as the Head of Services & Processes from September 2009 to February 2013, and as the Head of Services Development from February 2004 to September 2009.
Martti's career began at CMA Percival, where they served as the Vice President from November 2000 to November 2003.
Their earliest role was as the CEO of Tradenet Systems, a software house in Tallinn specializing in finance and securities industry solutions, from 1998 to 2000.
Martti Kuldma attended TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology from 1989 to 1991, focusing on the field of IT.
