Michael Barriga has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Michael started their career at Coca-Cola FEMSA as a Key Account Executive, responsible for negotiations with Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Michael then worked at PepsiCo as a Senior Key Account Manager. Later, at The Coca-Cola Company, they served as a National Account Manager, CFU New Beverages Operations Manager, and Central Region Modern Channel Manager. Michael then joined Johnson & Johnson, where they were the Business Unit Manager for Operations and later the Business Unit Manager for Pharma. After that, they worked at Luxottica as the Head of Sales/Customer Development and at Galderma as the Commercial Director. Currently, they are employed at OMRON Healthcare, Inc., where they hold the position of General Manager & Chief Operating Officer, and is also the Vice President as of July 2022. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated skills in strategic planning, budgeting, sales management, and team leadership.
Michael Barriga has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from Universidad de las Américas, A.C. between 1991 and 1995. In 1998, they received a certification in Managerial Skill's Development from IPADE Business School. Additionally, in 2017, they completed a Diplomatura in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
