Rowena Mullins

Rowena Mullins has extensive financial leadership experience across various organizations in Europe. Currently serving as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Omya since January 2013, Rowena oversees finance teams in eight countries, focusing on management, controlling, investment appraisal, budgeting, and audit monitoring. Prior roles include Finance Director at Element AG/CRH, where Rowena contributed to strategic and organizational directions while managing finance, administration, IT, and HR functions. As Finance & Development Manager at CRH Europe Concrete Products, Rowena played a key role in establishing budgets and strategic plans and participated in post-acquisition integration. Rowena began their career at KPMG Dublin as an Audit Senior after earning a B.Comm and further qualifications in accounting from University College Dublin and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
