Raul Barraza Jr is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in community services and food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Senior Center Operations Manager at On Lok since April 2022, Raul oversees the daily operations of a community center, focusing on program management, data reporting, and efficiency benchmarks while providing leadership and mentorship. Previously, Raul held various roles at Meals on Wheels San Francisco, culminating in the position of Home Delivered Meals Client Specialist Manager, where oversight of fleet operations and service quality was key. Raul's extensive experience also includes managing logistics for meal deliveries and supervising staff, as well as operating as a managing partner at Barbary Coast Beverage Catering and supervising multiple event venues at F & B Associates. Raul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from San Francisco State University and an Associate’s Degree in International Business/Business Administration from Skyline College.
