Andrew Lucas

Andrew Lucas is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in firmware and software development. Currently serving as the Core Firmware Team Engineering Manager in the Sensor Interface Division at onsemi, Andrew transitioned from the Firmware & Software Engineering Manager role in the Power Management Division, where team growth was achieved from one to nine members. Prior roles include Sr. Research Associate at the University of Waterloo, focusing on cybersecurity in real-time embedded systems, and various positions at NCR Corporation, culminating as Development Manager for Recognition Modules, overseeing cross-functional teams and advancing firmware development practices.
