Julie Katsev

Julie Katsev is a seasoned professional in industrial engineering with extensive experience in capacity and capital planning, cycle time analysis, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at onsemi since January 2023, Julie has previously held significant roles at GlobalFoundries, including PMTS Industrial Engineering Strategic Planning Team Lead and SMTS Industrial Engineer, from July 2015 to December 2022. Earlier experience at IBM involved similar responsibilities from February 2005 to June 2015. Julie's foundational experience includes a role as a Calculus Teaching Assistant and Project Manager at Business Performance Engineers, alongside an industrial engineering co-op at Infineon Technologies.
