Parag Agarwal is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in corporate development, M&A, and investor relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development (M&A) and Investor Relations at ON Semiconductor, Parag has previously held prominent roles including Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at Topeka Capital Markets, Director and Senior Research Analyst at UBS, and Senior Research Associate at both Jefferies & Co. and Piper Jaffray & Co. Parag holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and completed studies at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2001 to 2003.
