Paul Dutton

Paul Dutton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at onsemi since May 2022, Paul previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at ON Semiconductor Corporation. Prior roles include Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation and Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at United Online. Paul's legal journey began at Sidley Austin LLP as a Corporate Associate and includes significant roles at Fenwick & West and MIPS Technologies. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Kenyon College.
