Shannon Janis

Shannon Janis has extensive experience in global tax operations and leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of Global Tax at onsemi since October 2018, where responsibilities include advising on global acquisitions, managing the global tax department, and developing training initiatives. Previous positions include Director roles at ON Semiconductor and First Solar, and Senior Manager at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on income tax provisions, forecasting, and contract reviews. Shannon also has a solid foundation from a Tax Manager role at Deloitte and academic credentials with a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
